Why here

Six reasons this is not a certificate mill.

Every one of these is checkable. Ask us about any of them on the counselling call.

You learn inside a working centre, not a classroom

Training happens in the same rooms where patients are treated, on the same equipment, to the same protocols. You are not learning a simplified version and discovering the real one later.

Small batches, because hands-on cannot be scaled

Practical batches are capped between six and twelve. Beyond that a faculty member cannot see what your hands are doing, and a correction not made is a habit acquired.

You are taught where competence ends

Every therapy programme states plainly what you may do afterwards and what you may not do without supervision. A course that does not teach its own limits is teaching you to be dangerous.

Assessment is on the table, not on paper

You are assessed doing the thing, on a real person, watched by someone who does it daily. Written work exists, and it is the smaller part.

The fee is the fee

One figure covers training, study material, every consumable you use, assessments, your certificate and administration. Nothing is added later, and nothing is sold to you during the programme.

A route into the profession, honestly described

High performers are invited to internships, and some are offered roles. Completing a programme guarantees neither. We would rather say that plainly than have you find out afterwards.

Who joins

Six kinds of people, and a different route for each.

I am a student

Something employable to put on a CV, learnt around your timetable.

8 8 programmes

I want this for myself

Understand your own body properly, from people who assess before they advise.

6 6 programmes

I want a practical skill

A skill you can use at home, or build into work that fits around a household.

9 9 programmes

I work full time

Evening and weekend batches designed around a job, not despite one.

9 9 programmes

I want this as a career

The full route: foundation, practical training, supervised internship, assessment.

10 10 programmes

I already work in this field

Structured upskilling for people who learnt on the job and want the reasoning behind it.

8 8 programmes

Programmes

Fifteen programmes, three tiers.

Every fee below is the total. It covers training, study material, every consumable you use, all assessments, your certificate and administration.

Start here

Foundation

One to three weeks, mostly evenings. For understanding your own health, or finding out whether this field is for you before committing to it.

Learn a practical skill

Skill

Two to three weeks of hands-on training in a single therapy or discipline. Small batches, real consumables, assessed on a live table rather than on paper.

Build a career

Career

Forty-five days to three months. Structured, supervised, and assessed against the same standards our own practitioners are held to. This is the route into the profession.

Certification

Two certificates. Neither pretends to be more than it is.

Certificate of Participation

Confirms you attended and took part. Issued on Foundation-tier programmes, and on any programme where attendance was met but the assessment was not passed or not attempted.

Requires at least 80% attendance.

Certificate of Completion

Confirms you attended and passed the assessment — a practical examination on a live table plus written work, marked against a rubric you were given on Day 1.

Requires 80–90% attendance depending on the programme, and a pass in both components.

What these certificates are not

Nirmal Kaya Academy certificates are issued by Nirmal Kaya. They are not a government qualification, not a licence, and not a statutory professional registration. They certify participation in, or completion of, a Nirmal Kaya programme — nothing more. Any institution telling you a private certificate carries statutory recognition is misrepresenting it.

Faculty

Taught by the people who run the centre.

Not visiting lecturers. The same practitioners who treat patients here, teaching the work they do daily.

Mr. Niranjan Sharma

Founder & Senior Naturopathy Practitioner

Teaches

Natural therapies, mud and hydrotherapy, clinical reasoning

Leads the Therapist Foundation and Integrated Practitioner programmes, and personally signs off every practical assessment at Career tier.

Mrs. Nitu Sharma

Co-Founder & Senior Wellness Practitioner

Teaches

Therapeutic massage, relaxation technique, women's wellness

Runs the small-batch practical sessions and the supervised patient hours.

Mr. Ashish Narayan

Junior Therapist · First Student of Nirmal Kaya

Teaches

Clinic operations, patient communication, front office

Trained through this same pathway, which is why he teaches the parts of it that are hardest to learn from a manual.

The pathway

From a seven-day introduction to a job offer — and every honest caveat in between.

The Academy is also how we hire. We would rather describe that route plainly than let you assume it, and rather state its limits than have you discover them after paying.

  1. 01

    Awareness

A Foundation programme. You find out what this work actually involves before spending real money on it, and we find out whether you turn up.

  2. 02

    Foundation

The Therapist Foundation Programme. Forty-five days, the point at which you become genuinely useful in a treatment room under supervision.

  3. 03

    Advanced

Advanced Therapist Development, or the Integrated Wellness Practitioner programme. Depth, breadth, and supervised patient hours.

  4. 04

    Internship

Invited, not applied for. Six to twelve weeks of paid supervised practice inside the centre, offered to strong performers when there is capacity to supervise properly.

  5. 05

    Assessment

The same practical standard our own therapists are held to, assessed by the founder. Independent of what you paid or how long you attended.

  6. 06

    Employment opportunity

Subject to performance and an actual vacancy. Some interns are offered roles; most are not, because a centre this size has few positions. We say so before you enrol rather than after.

Read this before you enrol

Completing any Nirmal Kaya Academy programme does not guarantee employment, an internship, or any offer of work. Internships are offered by invitation to high-performing candidates when supervision capacity exists. Employment depends on performance, assessment and an open vacancy. Most people who complete our programmes will not be employed by us — many go on to work elsewhere, and some use the training for themselves alone. Anyone who tells you a course guarantees a job is selling you something.

Careers

What people actually do afterwards.

Roles our programmes prepare you for, in and beyond this centre.

Wellness therapist

Naturopathy centres, spas, resorts and clinical wellness settings across the Tricity and beyond.

Therapy assistant

Supporting practitioners in a treatment room — the most common first role after the Therapist Foundation Programme.

Yoga teacher

Studios, corporate programmes and independent teaching, with a therapeutic emphasis that commands better rates.

Clinic front office

Clinics, dental practices and diagnostic centres hire steadily for this and train for it rarely.

Clinic coordinator

Operations, scheduling and billing across a multi-practitioner centre.

Senior or lead therapist

For those completing Advanced Therapist Development, including supervision of juniors.

Admissions

Eight steps, and one of them is us telling you not to enrol.

Roughly one applicant in six is advised towards a different programme, or told to wait. That conversation is free and it happens before you pay anything.

  1. 01

    Application

    10 minutes

A short form: which programme, your background, and what you want from it. No documents at this stage, and no fee.

  2. 02

    Counselling call

    Within 2 working days

A fifteen-minute conversation with the Academy office. We confirm the programme actually suits you — and say so when it does not. Roughly one applicant in six is advised towards a different programme, or told to wait.

  3. 03

    Batch confirmation

    Same week

You are offered a place in a specific batch with specific dates. Practical batches are capped, so a place is held for three days while you decide.

  4. 04

    Fee payment

    Before the batch starts

One payment, or two instalments for Career-tier programmes. Your place is confirmed on receipt. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

  5. 05

    Orientation

    Day 0

Half a day at the centre before teaching begins. You meet your faculty, receive your study material and kit, and are shown the rooms you will train in.

  6. 06

    Training

    The programme

Attendance is tracked. Below 80% attendance you may still receive a Certificate of Participation, but you cannot sit the completion assessment.

  7. 07

    Assessment

    Final days

Practical assessment on a live table, plus written work. Marked against a published rubric you are given on Day 1, so nothing about the standard is a surprise.

  8. 08

    Certification

    Within 10 working days

Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Completion, issued within ten working days and recorded against your name in the Academy register.

Questions

Asked before every batch.

Is the certificate government recognised?

No. Nirmal Kaya Academy certificates are issued by Nirmal Kaya and certify participation in, or completion of, our programmes. They are not a government qualification, not a licence, and not a statutory professional registration. Anyone offering you a private course that claims otherwise is misrepresenting it.

Will I get a job at Nirmal Kaya after completing a programme?

Not automatically, and most people will not. High-performing candidates on Career-tier programmes may be invited to a paid internship, and some interns are offered roles when a vacancy exists. That is a real route and a narrow one. Please do not enrol on the assumption of employment.

What is the difference between the two certificates?

A Certificate of Participation confirms you attended and took part. A Certificate of Completion additionally confirms you passed the assessment, which means a practical examination on a live table plus written work. Completion requires at least 80% attendance and a pass in both components.

Is anything extra to pay?

No. One fee covers training, study material, every consumable you use in practicals, all assessments, your certificate and administration. Nothing is sold to you during the programme, and there is no separate examination or certificate fee.

Do I need a medical or science background?

Not for Foundation or Skill programmes — the entry requirement is Class 12 and the ability to follow instruction in English or Hindi. Career-tier programmes have their own eligibility, listed on each page, and the Advanced programme requires prior training or documented practice.

Can I do this alongside a full-time job?

Foundation programmes run as evening batches, and several Skill programmes have weekend batches. Career-tier programmes are daytime and intensive — the Integrated Wellness Practitioner programme is six hours a day for ninety days and cannot realistically be combined with full-time work.

What if I miss days?

Tell the Academy office as early as you can. Missed practical sessions can sometimes be made up with a later batch where capacity allows. Below 80% attendance you may still receive a Certificate of Participation, but you cannot sit the completion assessment.

Can I practise on the public after a Skill programme?

Each therapy programme states plainly what you may do afterwards and what requires supervision. In general, Skill-tier training prepares you to work under supervision within an establishment, not to set up independent practice. That distinction is on every programme page and we will not blur it.

What is your refund policy?

Withdrawal more than seven days before the batch starts is refunded in full less ₹2,000 towards administration. Within seven days, half the fee is refunded. Once the programme begins, fees are not refundable, because your place, your consumables and your faculty time have been committed.

Are batches taught in English or Hindi?

Both. Teaching moves between the two according to the batch, and study material is provided in English. If you are comfortable following instruction in either language you will manage well.
