Is the certificate government recognised?
No. Nirmal Kaya Academy certificates are issued by Nirmal Kaya and certify participation in, or completion of, our programmes. They are not a government qualification, not a licence, and not a statutory professional registration. Anyone offering you a private course that claims otherwise is misrepresenting it.
Will I get a job at Nirmal Kaya after completing a programme?
Not automatically, and most people will not. High-performing candidates on Career-tier programmes may be invited to a paid internship, and some interns are offered roles when a vacancy exists. That is a real route and a narrow one. Please do not enrol on the assumption of employment.
What is the difference between the two certificates?
A Certificate of Participation confirms you attended and took part. A Certificate of Completion additionally confirms you passed the assessment, which means a practical examination on a live table plus written work. Completion requires at least 80% attendance and a pass in both components.
Is anything extra to pay?
No. One fee covers training, study material, every consumable you use in practicals, all assessments, your certificate and administration. Nothing is sold to you during the programme, and there is no separate examination or certificate fee.
Do I need a medical or science background?
Not for Foundation or Skill programmes — the entry requirement is Class 12 and the ability to follow instruction in English or Hindi. Career-tier programmes have their own eligibility, listed on each page, and the Advanced programme requires prior training or documented practice.
Can I do this alongside a full-time job?
Foundation programmes run as evening batches, and several Skill programmes have weekend batches. Career-tier programmes are daytime and intensive — the Integrated Wellness Practitioner programme is six hours a day for ninety days and cannot realistically be combined with full-time work.
What if I miss days?
Tell the Academy office as early as you can. Missed practical sessions can sometimes be made up with a later batch where capacity allows. Below 80% attendance you may still receive a Certificate of Participation, but you cannot sit the completion assessment.
Can I practise on the public after a Skill programme?
Each therapy programme states plainly what you may do afterwards and what requires supervision. In general, Skill-tier training prepares you to work under supervision within an establishment, not to set up independent practice. That distinction is on every programme page and we will not blur it.
What is your refund policy?
Withdrawal more than seven days before the batch starts is refunded in full less ₹2,000 towards administration. Within seven days, half the fee is refunded. Once the programme begins, fees are not refundable, because your place, your consumables and your faculty time have been committed.
Are batches taught in English or Hindi?
Both. Teaching moves between the two according to the batch, and study material is provided in English. If you are comfortable following instruction in either language you will manage well.
