How we handle your information.

Health information is among the most personal data a person has. This page explains exactly what we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email and address, so we can identify you and contact you about your care.

Health information you give us and that we record — your history, our assessment findings, your care plan and notes from each session.

Payment records for the services you receive.

Nothing else. We do not track you across other websites and we do not buy data about you.

Why we hold it

To provide your care safely, which requires knowing your history and what has already been done.

To meet our record-keeping obligations as a clinical establishment.

To issue you a valid invoice and maintain our accounts.

We do not use your health information for marketing, ever.

Who can see it

The practitioners and staff at this centre who are involved in your care, and only to the extent they need it.

Nobody outside this centre, unless you give us written consent, or unless we are required by law.

If you are attending under a corporate programme, your employer receives participation and aggregate information only. They never see your individual health data.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, and we will provide it in a form you can share with another doctor.

You may ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Clinical records are corrected by adding a dated correction rather than by overwriting, so the history stays intact.

You may ask us to delete your information. We will do so except where we are required to retain clinical or financial records, and we will tell you exactly what we have kept and why.

You may withdraw consent for any specific use at any time.

How long we keep it

Clinical records: a minimum of three years from your last visit.

Financial records: eight years, as required by tax law.

Enquiry and contact details where you did not become a patient: twenty-four months.

How it is protected

Records are held in an access-controlled system. Every member of staff has an individual login, and access to records is logged.

Data is stored on servers located in India and encrypted both in transit and at rest.

If there is ever a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Contact us about your data

Ask any member of our front office, or email us. We will respond within thirty days, and usually much sooner.
