The terms of our care.

Nirmal Kaya is a wellness centre providing preventive and lifestyle services, including naturopathy-based therapies, physiotherapy, therapeutic yoga, nutrition and stress support.

We are not a hospital and not an emergency facility. We do not provide invasive procedures, in-patient care, or emergency treatment.

Our services support your health. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and we will never advise you to stop or change prescribed medication.

We do not recommend or sell a treatment programme before completing an assessment. This is a clinical standard, not a commercial one.

Your assessment is charged separately. If it shows that we cannot appropriately help you, we will tell you and you pay only for the assessment.

Payment is taken before treatment begins, whether for a single session or for a programme.

Programme prices are fixed at the point you agree them and do not change during the programme.

A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment at no charge by telling us at least four hours beforehand.

Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in a session being drawn from your programme, as the room and practitioner were held for you.

If we cancel, you are never charged, and we will offer you the earliest alternative.

If you stop a programme part-way, we refund the value of the sessions you have not yet used, less the sessions already delivered at their individual price.

Where we advise you to stop for clinical reasons, we refund unused sessions in full.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within seven working days.

Tell us about your medical conditions, medication, surgeries and pregnancy. Several of our treatments are screened, and we can only screen on what we are told.

Tell us immediately if you feel unwell during any session.

Follow the home-care guidance in your plan. It is usually what determines whether the programme works.

We do not guarantee outcomes and we will never claim to cure a condition. What we commit to is a documented assessment, an explained plan, care delivered to a written standard, and an honest review of whether it is working.
