In an emergency
We are a wellness centre, not an emergency facility. For chest pain, breathlessness, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness or any sudden severe symptom, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.
Your first visit
- Arrive five minutes early so registration is unhurried.
- Bring any recent reports, prescriptions or scans you have.
- Wear comfortable clothing — assessment involves movement.
- Allow about an hour for a first assessment.
