The assessment
Everything starts here. Nothing starts before it.
One appointment, one price, and no decision for you to make yet. You come in with a problem; you leave knowing what we found and what we would suggest.
20 minutes
With a practitioner
₹800
One fee, all of it
Written
Recommendation to keep
Your assessment becomes part of your programme. Start any programme within 7 days and the ₹800 comes off the price. If we cannot help you, we say so at the assessment and that is all you pay.
What the twenty minutes covers
Four things, in this order.
It is a working appointment rather than a chat. You will be asked a lot and measured properly.
Your history
What brought you in, how long it has been going on, what makes it better or worse, and everything you have already tried.
Lifestyle review
Sleep, food, work, movement and stress — because these usually explain more of the problem than anything else.
Physical assessment
Vitals and the specific measurements relevant to your concern, recorded as your baseline so progress can be shown later.
A clear recommendation
What we think is happening, what we would suggest, and what it would cost. In writing. Nothing is sold in the room.
What you are likely to spend
The whole picture, before you book anything.
Most people want this answered before they pick up the phone, so here it is.
| Stage | What happens | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Assessment | Twenty minutes and a written recommendation | ₹800 |
| If we cannot help | We say so, and refer you where relevant | Nothing further |
| If you start a programme | Within 7 days, the ₹800 comes off the price | ₹7,400–₹18,500 |
| During the programme | Reviews and re-measurement are included | No extra |
Programme prices are fixed when you agree them and do not change part-way. You will never be upsold mid-programme. Every price is published.
The whole journey
You are at step two.
Seven steps, the same for everyone. The plan is personal; the process is not.
Book an assessmentAssess
20 minutes. We measure and listen before suggesting anything.
Explain
You see the reading, your own baseline, and what we propose.
Correct
A fixed-length, fixed-price programme, delivered by a named practitioner.
Measure again
We re-measure exactly what we measured at the start.
Hold
The change is kept in place long enough to stay.
Release
You graduate with a routine you hold on your own.
Before you book
The questions we are asked most.
Why can't I just book a treatment directly?
Because a treatment chosen before anyone has looked at you is a guess. The same back pain can need three different approaches, and only an assessment tells us which. It also means we can tell you when the answer is a doctor rather than us.
What if you cannot help me?
We say so at the assessment, and you pay only for that. Where you need medical care instead, we tell you and refer you. That happens, and we would rather it happened in the first twenty minutes than after you have paid for a programme.
Is the ₹800 refundable?
It becomes part of your programme. Start any programme within 7 days of your assessment and the ₹800 is taken off the price. If you decide not to continue, the ₹800 covered a practitioner's time and a written recommendation you can take anywhere.
How long does it actually take?
Twenty minutes with the practitioner. Allow about half an hour at the centre in total, including registration on your first visit. Arrive five minutes early so that part is unhurried.
Do I need to bring anything?
Any recent reports, prescriptions or scans, even old ones, and a list of medication you take including anything over the counter. Wear something you can move in — the assessment involves movement.
When to see a doctor instead
We are a wellness centre, not an emergency facility. For chest pain, breathlessness, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness or any sudden severe symptom, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.
Start with an assessment.
Every plan here begins with understanding what is actually happening. Twenty minutes, ₹800, and it comes off your programme if you start one within 7 days.
