Lifestyle & Preventive Health
Twenty-one days on the four things that determine most of your health.
Who this is for
People who want the whole picture rather than one piece of it — sleep, food, movement and stress taught together, because in a real body they are not separable.
What you will actually be able to do
- A complete personal health assessment, repeated at the end so you see the change
- Working knowledge of all four levers rather than one
- The ability to build a realistic plan for yourself or your family
- A Certificate of Completion, assessed rather than attended
Modules
Assessment
Measuring a person properly, including yourself.
Sleep
Architecture, disruption and repair.
Nutrition
Applied to an Indian household.
Movement
What the body needs, minimally and realistically.
Stress
Physiology, technique and limits.
Planning
Turning four levers into one plan a person will follow.
Day-by-day curriculum
Published in full, because you should know what you are buying before you pay for it.
Days 1–3
Assessment
Vitals, body composition, posture screen, movement screen, lifestyle history. Each participant is assessed and assesses others. Your own baseline is recorded.
Days 4–7
Sleep
Sleep architecture, circadian timing, the common disruptors. Building a sleep protocol. Red flags including apnoea and when a sleep study is needed.
Days 8–12
Nutrition
The Indian plate, protein adequacy, portion reality, label reading. Saturday kitchen practical adapting household dishes. Costed weekly planning.
Days 13–16
Movement
What the evidence supports as a minimum. Walking, resistance and mobility. Saturday practical: a full session designed and delivered to a partner.
Days 17–19
Stress
Physiology, four breathing techniques, yoga nidra. Where stress ends and mental health care begins.
Day 20
Integration
Building one plan across all four levers for a real person, with the compromises made explicit. Peer critique.
