Do you treat back pain in Panchkula?
Yes — lower back pain is the most common reason people come to Nirmal Kaya. Assessment first: posture, movement range and the pattern of your pain. Treatment usually combines manual therapy, corrective movement and changes to how you sit. See a doctor first if pain radiates below the knee with numbness or weakness.
Back pain that worsens with prolonged sitting, driving or standing, and eases with movement or rest, is the pattern we see most often. It usually has more to do with how a day is spent than with any single moment of injury.
When to see a doctor instead of us
Pain radiating below the knee with numbness or weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, pain following a fall or accident, unexplained weight loss, or fever with back pain — all need medical assessment before anything else. Loss of bladder or bowel control is an emergency: go to hospital, not to us.

What is the difference between naturopathy and physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is assessment-led rehabilitation for pain and restricted movement, usually targeting a specific structure. Naturopathy is broader and lifestyle-led, working across diet, movement, stress and sleep. Nirmal Kaya offers both, and an assessment decides which you need — often it is a combination rather than one or the other.
How is therapeutic yoga different from a normal yoga class?
A normal class teaches a sequence to a room. Therapeutic yoga is prescribed after an assessment for your specific concern — the postures you actually need, at a pace matched to your body, with corrections made for you. Nirmal Kaya offers both: one-to-one therapeutic sessions and small group classes capped at twelve.
