Health concerns

Can you help with poor sleep and stress?

Yes — sleep and stress are among the most common reasons people come to us. Support combines structured behavioural work, breathwork, guided relaxation and changes to routine. Loud snoring with pauses in breathing and daytime sleepiness may indicate sleep apnoea, which needs a sleep study rather than lifestyle work.

Sustained stress that has begun producing physical symptoms — tension, poor sleep, digestive upset, fatigue — is one of the clearest cases for structured support rather than a single treatment.

When to seek psychological or psychiatric care instead

Persistent low mood, panic attacks, or any thoughts of self-harm need psychological or psychiatric care. We will refer you, and can work alongside that treatment. We do not treat severe mental illness.

Start with an assessment.

Every plan here begins with understanding what is actually happening. Forty minutes, and you leave knowing where you stand.
