How we work

How long does it take to see results?

It depends on what you came in with, and we will tell you our honest expectation at the assessment rather than a number designed to sell a programme. Most programmes run four to eight weeks. We re-measure the same things we measured at the start, so progress is shown rather than asserted.

Anyone who gives you a timeline before assessing you is guessing. What we can tell you is how we will know whether it is working.

At your first assessment we record a baseline — the specific measurements relevant to your concern. Partway through, and at the end, we measure the same things again. If the numbers are not moving, the plan changes, or we tell you it is not working.

What we will not do

We do not promise cures, and we will never claim to cure a condition. What we commit to is a documented assessment, an explained plan, care delivered to a written standard, and an honest review of whether it is helping.

The goal is a routine you can hold on your own. We would rather you graduate than keep returning.

Start with an assessment.

Every plan here begins with understanding what is actually happening. Forty minutes, and you leave knowing where you stand.
