How we work

Why do you sell programmes instead of single sessions?

Because a single massage feels good for a day and a programme changes something. Each programme has a defined length, a measured outcome and a fixed price agreed before it begins. You can still book individual treatments — but for a problem that has built up over years, one session is not treatment, it is relief.

Most conditions people bring to us — back pain from years of sitting, sleep that stopped working, weight that will not shift — did not arrive in a week. Treating them one session at a time means paying repeatedly for temporary relief.

A programme groups the right sessions in the right order over a defined period, with a review built in.

What a programme guarantees

  • A fixed price, agreed before it starts, that does not change mid-way
  • A defined number of sessions, tracked so you always know what is left
  • A stated purpose for every element in it
  • A review against the measurements taken at the start

You will never be upsold mid-programme. If we think you need more, that is a conversation at the review, with the reasoning shown.

Start with an assessment.

Every plan here begins with understanding what is actually happening. Twenty minutes, ₹800, and it comes off your programme if you start one within 7 days.
