What happens if I stop a programme part-way through?
You are refunded the value of the sessions you have not used, less the sessions already delivered charged at their individual price. Where we advise you to stop for clinical reasons, unused sessions are refunded in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method within seven working days.
Programmes are priced below the sum of their individual sessions, which is why a part-completed programme is settled at individual rates for what was delivered. That is the honest arithmetic rather than a penalty.
Cancelling an appointment
- Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least four hours' notice
- Repeated missed appointments without notice may draw a session from your programme, because the room and practitioner were held for you
- If we cancel, you are never charged, and we offer you the earliest alternative

How do I pay, and can I pay online?
You can pay by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer at the centre. Consultations booked through this website require an advance — half or the full amount, your choice — paid online at the time of booking. Your slot is not confirmed until that payment succeeds, and nothing is charged if it fails.
How much does treatment at Nirmal Kaya cost?
Every price is published on this website before you visit. An initial consultation is ₹800 and a comprehensive assessment is ₹1,200. Programmes are priced as a whole, typically ₹13,500 to ₹18,000 for four to eight weeks, and each shows a per-session figure so you can compare. The price you see is the price you pay.
