Money
How do I pay, and can I pay online?
You can pay by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer at the centre. Consultations booked through this website require an advance — half or the full amount, your choice — paid online at the time of booking. Your slot is not confirmed until that payment succeeds, and nothing is charged if it fails.
A consultation reserves a practitioner's time, so we hold the slot only once payment has arrived. That is not a deposit policy dressed up — the appointment genuinely does not exist until the money does.
If a payment fails or you close the window, the slot is released and you are not charged.
At the centre
Treatment sessions and programmes are paid at reception before delivery begins. Cash, UPI, card and bank transfer are all accepted, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.

People also ask
How much does treatment at Nirmal Kaya cost?
Every price is published on this website before you visit. An initial consultation is ₹800 and a comprehensive assessment is ₹1,200. Programmes are priced as a whole, typically ₹13,500 to ₹18,000 for four to eight weeks, and each shows a per-session figure so you can compare. The price you see is the price you pay.
What happens if I stop a programme part-way through?
You are refunded the value of the sessions you have not used, less the sessions already delivered charged at their individual price. Where we advise you to stop for clinical reasons, unused sessions are refunded in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method within seven working days.
Can I see my appointments, plan and receipts online?
Yes. Every patient can be given access to a private portal showing upcoming appointments, their care plan, how many programme sessions remain, progress measurements and every receipt. Ask at reception for an activation code — we hand it over in person or on the number we already hold, never by an emailed link.
