Getting started

What happens at a first visit to Nirmal Kaya?

Your first visit is a 40-minute consultation, not a treatment. A practitioner takes your history, asks what you have already tried, and examines what is relevant. Nothing is recommended in that session. You leave knowing what we found; any plan comes afterwards, in writing, with a price attached.

Most wellness centres propose a package in the first ten minutes. We do not, because a recommendation made before an assessment is a sales pitch wearing clinical clothing.

The consultation covers what brought you in, how long it has been going on, what makes it better or worse, what you have already tried, and what your days actually look like — sleep, food, work, movement, stress.

What you will be asked to bring

  • Any recent reports, prescriptions or scans, even old ones
  • A list of medication you take, including anything over the counter
  • Comfortable clothing, because assessment involves movement

What happens next

If we can help, you receive a written plan with a defined length, a stated purpose for every element, and a fixed price. You are never asked to decide in the room.

If we cannot appropriately help you, we say so at the assessment and you pay only for that. Where you need medical care, we say so and refer you.

Still not sure? Call 7696661169 — we would rather explain twice than have you guess once.

Start with an assessment.

Every plan here begins with understanding what is actually happening. Forty minutes, and you leave knowing where you stand.
