Getting started

Do I need a doctor's referral to come to Nirmal Kaya?

No. You can book an assessment directly, and most people do. A referral is not required for anything we offer. If you are already under a doctor's care, bring their notes — we work alongside prescribed treatment rather than around it, and never advise you to stop or change medication.

Nirmal Kaya is a wellness centre, not a hospital. Our services are preventive and supportive, and none of them require a referral to access.

That said, some things genuinely need a doctor first. Every condition page on this site ends with a plain list of the symptoms that mean you should seek medical care instead of coming to us — and we would rather you read it and go elsewhere than book with us and lose time.

If you are already being treated

Bring the prescription and any recent reports. Several of our therapies are screened against medication and existing conditions, and we can only screen on what we are told.

Where you are under a physician's care for something like blood pressure, diabetes or PCOS, we provide lifestyle support alongside that treatment. Not instead of it.

Still not sure? Call 7696661169 — we would rather explain twice than have you guess once.

Start with an assessment.

Every plan here begins with understanding what is actually happening. Forty minutes, and you leave knowing where you stand.
