Mind & Sleep

Poor Sleep

Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking unrefreshed despite adequate time in bed.

What it usually feels like

  • Taking more than 30 minutes to fall asleep
  • Waking repeatedly through the night
  • Waking tired
  • Daytime drowsiness

What commonly contributes to it

  • Irregular sleep and wake timing
  • Screen exposure close to bedtime
  • Late or heavy evening meals
  • Caffeine after mid-afternoon
  • Unmanaged stress load

How we approach it

A structured rebuild of your evening routine, supported by calming therapies that teach the body to down-regulate. Three weeks is usually enough to see a clear change.

When to see a doctor instead

Loud snoring with pauses in breathing and daytime sleepiness may indicate sleep apnoea and needs a sleep study.

Start with an assessment.

Every plan here begins with understanding what is actually happening. Forty minutes, and you leave knowing where you stand.
