Sleep Restore
For nights that have stopped being restful.
A three-week programme for difficulty falling asleep, waking through the night, or waking unrefreshed. It combines calming therapies with a structured rebuild of your sleep routine.
This programme is proposed only if your assessment supports it.

What this programme aims to achieve
- Faster sleep onset
- Fewer night wakings
- A repeatable evening routine
These are the aims, measured against your own baseline. They are not guarantees — outcomes depend as much on what you do between sessions as on what we do here.
What your programme may include
Depending on your assessment, your programme may include one or more of the following. Which of them apply to you, in what order and how often, is decided by your practitioner — not by this page.
Clinical Consultation
Structured history-taking and clinical reasoning to understand what is actually happening.
Therapeutic Manual Therapy
Structured hands-on soft tissue work for pain, stiffness and circulation.
External Hydrotherapy
External water applications at controlled temperature. Strictly non-invasive.
Therapeutic Yoga & Movement
Condition-specific movement, breathing and relaxation practice.
Stress & Sleep Support
Structured counselling and behavioural support for stress, sleep and lifestyle change.
Read what each of these involves on Treatments & Therapies. The programme runs 3 weeks and totals around 18 sessions.
How this is personalised
- 1
Your assessment sets the baseline
Vitals, posture, movement range and history are recorded before anything is proposed.
- 2
The plan is written for you
Which of the above apply, how many of each, and in what sequence — with a stated purpose for every element.
- 3
It changes as you respond
We re-measure the same things partway through. If the numbers are not moving, the plan changes or we tell you it is not working.
Who this is for
Adults with persistent poor sleep not caused by a diagnosed sleep disorder.
Who this is not for
Suspected sleep apnoea — loud snoring with daytime sleepiness needs a sleep study first.
