How do I book an appointment at Nirmalkaya?
Book online through this website, call 7696661169, or message the same number on WhatsApp. Online booking shows the times actually free in our diary — it is not a request form. Consultations require an advance payment to confirm the slot; treatment appointments are paid at the centre.
The times you see when booking online are real availability, checked against the room and practitioner. If a slot shows, it exists.
Changing an appointment
Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least four hours' notice. If you have a portal account you can move an appointment yourself; otherwise call the centre and we will sort it out.

How do I pay, and can I pay online?
You can pay by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer at the centre. Consultations booked through this website require an advance — half or the full amount, your choice — paid online at the time of booking. Your slot is not confirmed until that payment succeeds, and nothing is charged if it fails.
Where is Nirmalkaya located and what are the timings?
Nirmalkaya is at G18, Ground Floor, NH-22 Mall, Amravati Enclave, Panchkula, Haryana 134105. Open 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, closed on Tuesdays. Parking is available at the mall. Consultations are by appointment; you can walk in any time to look around. Sessions outside those hours, including holidays, are arranged only for patients already on a programme.
Can I see my appointments, plan and receipts online?
Yes. Every patient can be given access to a private portal showing upcoming appointments, their care plan, how many programme sessions remain, progress measurements and every receipt. Ask at reception for an activation code — we hand it over in person or on the number we already hold, never by an emailed link.
