Where is Nirmalkaya located and what are the timings?
Nirmalkaya is at G18, Ground Floor, NH-22 Mall, Amravati Enclave, Panchkula, Haryana 134105. Open 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, closed on Tuesdays. Parking is available at the mall. Consultations are by appointment; you can walk in any time to look around. Sessions outside those hours, including holidays, are arranged only for patients already on a programme.
We are in the Tricity area, convenient from Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali. You are welcome to walk in and look around before booking anything — ask us whatever you like, there is no obligation attached to a visit.

We are a wellness centre, not an emergency facility. For chest pain, breathlessness, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness or any sudden severe symptom, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.

What should I wear and bring to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in — assessment involves movement. Bring any recent reports, prescriptions or scans, and a list of medication including anything over the counter. Arrive five minutes early so registration is unhurried, and allow about an hour for a first assessment.
