Who will treat me at Nirmalkaya, and are they qualified?
You are seen by named practitioners, and every record carries the name of the person who wrote it. Niranjan Kumar Sharma and Nitu Sharma are both enrolled lifelong nature cure and yoga practitioner members with the Gandhi Smarak Prakritik Chikitsa Samiti, New Delhi. Every certificate held by the team is published on our About page.
Most wellness centres are built around one charismatic practitioner. When that person is unavailable, the experience collapses. We have written the process down instead, so the standard of care stays the same regardless of who is on duty.
That is not a claim about individuals being interchangeable. It is a claim about the process being documented — the same six stages, the same assessment, the same written plan.

Each of those corresponds to a certificate held at the centre, listed with its issuing body and reference number on the About page. Ask to see any of them.
None of us uses the title 'Doctor'. Some of the certificates above are issued in that form by the institutes concerned, but they are training certificates rather than medical or AYUSH degrees, and we will not describe ourselves as something we are not.

What happens at a first visit to Nirmalkaya?
Your first visit is a 20-minute assessment, not a treatment. A practitioner takes your history, asks what you have already tried, and examines what is relevant. Nothing is recommended in that session. You leave knowing what we found; any plan comes afterwards, in writing, with a price attached.
Is my health information private?
Yes. Your records are seen only by the practitioners and staff at this centre involved in your care, and only to the extent they need. Nothing goes outside the centre without your written consent, or unless required by law. We never use your health information for marketing, and we do not sell or share your details.
