Is my health information private?
Yes. Your records are seen only by the practitioners and staff at this centre involved in your care, and only to the extent they need. Nothing goes outside the centre without your written consent, or unless required by law. We never use your health information for marketing, and we do not sell or share your details.
How it is protected
- An access-controlled system, with an individual login for every member of staff
- Data stored on servers located in India, encrypted in transit and at rest
- Access to records is logged
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of everything we hold, in a form you can share with another doctor
- Ask us to correct anything wrong — clinical records are corrected by adding a dated correction, never by overwriting
- Ask us to delete your information, except where we must retain clinical or financial records; we will tell you exactly what was kept and why
If you attend under a corporate programme, your employer receives participation and aggregate information only. They never see your individual health data.

Can I see my appointments, plan and receipts online?
Yes. Every patient can be given access to a private portal showing upcoming appointments, their care plan, how many programme sessions remain, progress measurements and every receipt. Ask at reception for an activation code — we hand it over in person or on the number we already hold, never by an emailed link.
Who will treat me at Nirmal Kaya, and are they qualified?
You are seen by named practitioners, and every record carries the name of the person who wrote it. Nirmal Kaya was founded by Mr. Niranjan Sharma, a senior naturopathy practitioner, alongside Mrs. Nitu Sharma. You always know who assessed you, who wrote your plan, and who delivered each session.
