Do you provide diet plans, and are they realistic?

Yes. A nutrition consultation reviews what you actually eat, when and why, before anything changes. The written plan covers meal structure, portions, timing and practical substitutions — built around normal household food, so the person who cooks at home can follow it without a separate shopping list.

Most diet plans fail because they were written for a person who does not exist — someone who cooks separately, shops at speciality stores, and has no family eating the same meals.

The consultation spends most of its time on what your kitchen and your routine can actually sustain.

What it will not be

  • No imported ingredients you have to hunt for
  • No generic printed chart with your name written at the top
  • No supplement you must buy from us
