Back & Posture Restore
For pain that returns every time you sit too long.
A four-week programme for mechanical lower back and postural pain. It combines hands-on therapy to settle the pain with corrective movement that stops it returning, plus the desk and sleep adjustments most people need.
This programme is proposed only if your assessment supports it.

What this programme aims to achieve
- Reduced pain score
- Improved sitting tolerance
- A home routine you can maintain
- Understanding of what triggers your pain
These are the aims, measured against your own baseline. They are not guarantees — outcomes depend as much on what you do between sessions as on what we do here.
What your programme may include
Depending on your assessment, your programme may include one or more of the following. Which of them apply to you, in what order and how often, is decided by your practitioner — not by this page.
Health Assessment
Objective measurement of the things we intend to change, recorded so progress can be shown.
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Assessment-led rehabilitation for pain and restricted movement.
Therapeutic Manual Therapy
Structured hands-on soft tissue work for pain, stiffness and circulation.
Controlled Heat Application
Whole-body or local heat exposure for circulation, stiffness and relaxation.
Therapeutic Yoga & Movement
Condition-specific movement, breathing and relaxation practice.
Clinical Consultation
Structured history-taking and clinical reasoning to understand what is actually happening.
Read what each of these involves on Treatments & Therapies. The programme runs 4 weeks and totals around 23 sessions.
How this is personalised
- 1
Your assessment sets the baseline
Vitals, posture, movement range and history are recorded before anything is proposed.
- 2
The plan is written for you
Which of the above apply, how many of each, and in what sequence — with a stated purpose for every element.
- 3
It changes as you respond
We re-measure the same things partway through. If the numbers are not moving, the plan changes or we tell you it is not working.
Who this is for
Desk workers, drivers and anyone with recurring lower back or neck pain that eases with rest and returns with sitting.
Who this is not for
Sudden severe pain, pain with numbness down the leg, or pain following an accident — those need medical imaging first, and we will tell you so.
Book an assessment first.
Twenty minutes. We measure, we explain what we found, and then we tell you honestly whether this programme is the right one — or whether another is.
